Caring for your Jewelry

Taking care of your Jewelry

  • Avoid contact with moisture such as lotions, makeup, water, or perfumes.
  • Remove your jewelry before sleeping, exercising, bathing, and swimming.
  • Store your jewelry in a box or baggie and wrap it in a soft cloth to prevent tarnishing and scratching.

---------

A deep, aged patina may form as each piece transforms over time with its wearer.  The patina may cover the entire piece or just areas.  I suggest you use the specially treated cloth included with your jewelry to gently remove some of the patina and leave it in the crevasses.  This will give your jewelry a warm aged look with greater dimension.

Wrap your pieces in a soft cloth and store in a Ziplock bag to help prevent patina from developing.

My copper pendants and chains are naturally treated to create aged patina then dipped in a protective coating to make sure your piece doesn't tarnish over time.  You shouldn't have to polish these pieces.
